Head out of Hythe westwards and follow signs to Dymchurch on the A259 for about 4 miles. Passing the holiday park, and just before entering Dymchurch and the Martello Tower on the left, take a right over a small bridge into Kingsway, keeping right into Lower Sands and the property will be found on the left-hand side.
