My name is Dee Ryall, formerly Whitney hence the name of my company.

I started a career as an Air stewardess, and flew for many years all over the world, carrying passengers from all backgrounds from family holidays, business trips, to celebrities and royalty, so I’m sure you can imagine the training and customer service skills are second to none.

After hanging up the wings to have a family, I decided to do something different, so I applied for a receptionist position in Folkestone, yes you guess it an estate agent.

I worked my way through the ranks from receptionist to negotiator, to valuation manger, branch and senior manager, associate and director. Ive also complied and completed all the necessary industry compliance exams and more.

My experience started from working with high street agent through to the higher and exclusive markets, along with land, development and new homes.

There is no part of the industry I haven’t worked or experienced, which gives me the skills expertise and knowledge along with my history of excellent customer service the tools to provide a unique agency.

With all this in mind I decided (COVID born) to give it a go, and provide something a little different, as we all know buying and selling process can be stressful and complicated from the start, generally because of the over ambitious, confusing and lack of information at the very start.

Whitney. (The Name )

It’s always a difficulty one choosing a name whether it’s for a child animal or indeed a company

As mentioned above, my maiden is Whitney, and there’s a long line of those many of which emigrated to the states as engineers, and my father being a very proud man I decided after long deliberation, I would name my company “Whitney “easy right! Nope, then there was a decision on the logo,

Being Welsh, there had to be a bit of background in there somewhere, like a daffodil. leek etc.

Then the dragon come to mind, not the Welsh dragon they always face the pole

My dragon the red dragon he sits proudly on his key, making him guardian and safe keeping of the ward (being your home.) I couldn’t think of a better way of saying how proud we would be for you to entrust us with your biggest asset in selling your home. Also, as your agent, we would show the same due diligence to your buyer, making the transaction as pleasant a journey as possibly.
